Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1528, by Dudilra Drilriash. The establishment of Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Dudilra Drilriash electing to pay people to resettle in Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez.
Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez is is constructed arround a semi-circular crampt cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes
Maz Mbi̽ybo Kez's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
